Terms and Conditions of attending Unite Church’s ‘Church Camp"‘ 2024:
"This event" refers to Unite Church's Church Camp 2024.
Attendees agree:
I have taken medical advice on any pre-existing medical conditions, and confirm that it is medically safe for me to participate in this event. I fully assume responsibility for my own wellbeing and safety, and the wellbeing and safety of the people I am registering in this group, while at this event. I understand and acknowledge that organisers (including the church board, Unite oversight, and event organisers, leaders, and volunteers) provide no warranties, regarding my wellbeing and safety. I agree to attend and participate in this event in a manner that does not endanger either myself or others. I agree to comply with any rules, and regulations pertaining to this event as given by the event organisers throughout the weekend. I agree to follow all reasonable safety instructions provided to me by the Unite Church leadership and organisers and Bethany Park staff, during this event. I consent to receive standard medical treatment in the event of illness or injuries suffered during or immediately after this event. Failure to agree, or comply during this event, will result in you being asked to leave at your own cost. I have communicated this disclaimer to the other members of this group that I am registering.
